Conducting Audit⚓︎

The Audit Log lets you review a full trail of changes made in the Back Office, helping you track who did what and when.

Viewing the audit log⚓︎

Navigate to the Audit section to access the audit log. The page displays a searchable list of all recorded actions.

Use the Search by user email dropdown to filter the log by a specific user, then click the search button. Click the button to clear the filter and show all entries.

Each audit entry includes the following information:

Column Description
User Email The email of the user who performed the action.
Action The type of operation (e.g., create, update, delete).
Table The entity or resource that was affected.
New Values The values after the change.
Old Values The values before the change.
Access Date The date and time the action was performed.
