Access History⚓︎

The Access History page gives you a full log of report and playlist activity across your organization. You can view history for all users or filter it down to a specific user, and search by report or playlist name.

Each entry includes the following fields:

• User Email – The user who accessed the content.
• Login Provider – The authentication method used (e.g., Microsoft, Access Token, etc.).
• Report / Playlist Name – The item that was accessed.
• Access Type – If the content was a report or playlist.
• Access Date – When the access occurred.
• Access Duration – How long the session lasted.

You can also export the full history to Excel for further analysis.
