Step 2 - Create an Azure Group for PowerBI Portal and add the App Registration as a member
Next, you must create an Group for the PowerBI Portal so it can access the Power BI workspaces you need to share.
Log in to your Azure Portal, go to Microsoft Entra ID, and select “Groups".


Click “New group” and create a security group called "PowerBI Portal".

Fill "Group name" and "Group Description" fields.

Next, go to the Members section and add the previously created application to the new group:
