PowerBI Portal uses several Power BI services that you must enable to use it.

You can choose one of two options for PowerBI Portal configuration:

: You can configure the PowerBI Portal automatically by starting the configuration wizard through the .

: One-time configuration process with 5 steps you should follow to get the PowerBI Portal ready to use at your organization.

Because PowerBI Portal follows strict security measures put in place by Microsoft, the configuration process must be manual, and you must have administrator permissions from your organization before configuring access to PowerBI Portal.

Note: PowerBI Portal does not access any of your data nor does it store any of your organization’s data.
