After downloading the template file available, you'll need to insert your access code and environment ID.
Both the access code and environment ID are available on the PowerBI Portal backoffice:

The last parameter is the Access History rows desired, you need to insert the number of rows you desire to extract. Since the PowerBI Portal API extracts each Access History page at a maximum of 100 rows per page, you need to consider that and input the number of rows in multiples of 100. Don't worry if the total number of rows is not a multiple of 100, as long as you input a number over the total, you can output all the data. Example: If you have a total of 250 Access History records and you insert 300 as a parameter, the report will have all the 250 records.

After you input these 3 parameters, all the data will be imported and presented to you. You'll be able to view the users and reports added, reports' access, and access history.

Since this report is a template, you can edit it to display the output you desire. You can add pages, edit the visuals created or transform the data.
